Trethowans is growing — and we’re looking for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join our expert team.

At Trethowans, we pride ourselves on delivering clear, practical legal advice with a personal touch. Our Property Litigation team is known for its depth of expertise and collaborative approach, supporting a wide range of clients including landlords, tenants, developers, and commercial businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a varied caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary issues, and rights of way.
• Advising on lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, and possession claims.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
• Drafting legal documents and providing strategic advice.
• Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with 1–2 years PQE in property litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach.
• A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
