The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join us on a 6 month FTC contract. You will be required to work Monday to Friday) 8.45am – 5.15pm with the potential to cover holiday/sickness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Receiving and distributing mail, handling deliveries, and maintaining office
• Support administrative tasks, such as assisting with correspondence.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.

Skills

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
