About the Role

You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our Commercial Property department, working across our Manchester, Sale, and Chester offices. We’re seeking someone who can lead with confidence, inspire others, and drive growth through strategic networking and business development. generate new business through networking and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the commercial property offering
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Develop new business through networking and marketing
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
• Deliver high-quality legal advice across a range of commercial property matters
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-referrals and firm-wide growth
• Spearhead the expansion of our commercial property services
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Cultivate new business through proactive networking and marketing
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Provide expert legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters
• Collaborate across departments to support firm-wide initiatives and referral

• Qualified solicitor at Partner level with extensive commercial property experience
• A loyal client base and strong professional network
• Track record of winning work and nurturing long-term client relationships
• A collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset
• Ideally, the ability to bring a small team of commercial property professionals
