The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional IT Trainer to join our dynamic team and elevate the digital capabilities of our legal professionals.
About the Role
As our IT Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering engaging, effective training across a range of legal tech platforms and productivity tools. Whether it’s onboarding new hires, rolling out new systems, or upskilling seasoned solicitors, you’ll ensure our team is confident, competent, and compliant.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver dynamic training sessions, workshops, and webinars designed specifically for legal professionals
• Create engaging content: from user guides and manuals to e-learning modules and quick-reference materials
• Continuously assess and refine training based on user feedback and performance outcomes
• Act as a go-to IT support partner, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design tailored training strategies across the business
• Champion the adoption of new technology and encourage a digital-first mindset
• Contribute to firmwide projects, documenting and testing new systems and tools
